Gerät bzw. Handy sperren lassen


habe ein Samsung Galaxy GT-I9000
Version: 2.3.3

Ich kann zwar mein Handy über das Internet sperren lassen aber wenn ich dann auf "Eigentümer anrufen" gehe kommt immer die Meldung
"Verbindungsproblem oder ungültiger MMI-Code"
an was könnte das liegen?
