Neuinstallation vermisst Feature Control File

Hallo!

Habe versucht Antivirus Free neu zu installieren. Es kommt aber immer "Setup konnnte das Feature Control File nicht finden oder nicht auslesen [Errorcode: 7]". Wo bekomme ich dieses Feature Control File her, und wo muss ich es speichern?
