Renewing Avira Premium - Internal Server Error

Attempting to renew my Avira Premium license through renew link. Getting Internal Server Error and cannot access page for renewal.

Attempted to renew on Avira.com website. Cannot execute renewal...message that my email address is incorrect.

Attempted to call support 888-880-2925 and after holding for 15 min...someone answered, then hung up.

Please help.
