Ich bin jetzt im Cyberlink PowerRecover bei "Modus wählen"
Jetzt muss ich wählen zwischen
"Auf HDD zurücksetzen - keine Sicherung der Benutzerdaten"
oder
"Auf HDD zurücksetzen - mit gesicherten Benutzerdaten"

Welches muss ich auswählen?

ich würde die userdaten mit sichern lassen -
da müssen wir zwar einiges löschen aber es geht nichts verloren

Hallo Rajo,

es lief sehr gut, nur etwas langsam (bin erst vor kurzem mit dem Recover fertig geworden).
und dann gab es ein kleines Problemchen (kam wieder mal nicht ins Internet), dass ich aber mit Router-Aus- und Einschalten Lösen konnte.

Dann habe ich Firefox runtergeladen (da wird zusätzlich zum 1. Schritt noch ein 2. Schritt angeboten, den man machen soll (Add-On).
Das habe ich mal nicht gemacht.
Ist dieser 2. Schritt nötig und wofür wäre der gut?

Und gerade lade ich Antivir runter.

Ich halte Dich auf dem Laufenden.

Das kann ich erst sagen wenn ich das AddOn kenne

es gibt 2 besser 3 - die ein Muss sind

1 Noscript
2 Adblockplus
3 Better privacy

bei Antivir bitte nur Avira - nichts anderes
keine extra Firewall
kein TuneUp utilities -
kein adaware
kein spybot
kein sonstwas

aber Malwarebytes - ohne echtzeitscanner -
einmal in de woche quickscan 5 min - keeps the doctor away !

Hmmm - das Herunterladen von Antivir (avira_free-antivir_de.exe) hat irgendwie nicht geklappt:
"Konnte nicht gespeichert werden, weil die Quelldatei nicht gelesen werden konnte. Versuchen Sie es später nocheinmal oder kontaktieren Sie den Server-Administrator".

Was soll ich am besten machen?

Und wie bekomme ich jetzt Office (meine CD und der Code liegen bereit)?

Ja dachte ich schon dran

hier ist die Reihenfolge ja nun nicht zwingend -
avira lässt sich in beiden "Zuständen " installieren .

danach kann der Rechner rödeln wie er mag :-)

Hat erstmal gut geklappt, aber dann hat Bullguard (hatte ich vorher nicht) die ausführung blockiert.

Das muss ich jetzt manuell deinstallieren und dann probiere ich es nochmals mit Avira.

6. 2 reporte werden erstellt:
OTL.Txt

da diese zu groß sind tu folgendes. start programme zubehör, wordpad, dort kopierst du beide rein und speicherst das neue dokument. diese dann hochladen:
www.file-upload.net
klicke auf durchsuchen, suche die datei, klicke einmal drauf, fenster schließt sich, klicke auf hochladen.
poste den download link.

Ach, das nervt, irgendwas ist immer, was nicht klappt :-(
Ich hatte ja heute schon mal erfolgreich ein OTL log bei file-upload, hochgeladen, aber jetzt wenn ich es machen will kommt die Meldung:

Fehler: Server nicht gefunden
Der Server unter www9.file-upload.net konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Wo diese komische "9" herkommt, weiß ich nicht, denn ich habe alles genauso gemacht wie heute früh.

Sagst Du mir bitte, was ich machen soll?

Ich habe gar nicht auf Dich geflucht - ich war nur über das file-upload gefrustet, weil es doch heute früh noch funktioniert hat...
