Explorer hangs with Antivir 9

I know that a thread with same problem exists but I can't find a button to make a reply to that post ?(

I have the same problem as the other guy, when I right click to a file explorer hangs. This seems to happen randomly, and it started right after I upgrade to Antivir Premium 9. I uninstalled antivir and the problem dissapeared. I also use XP SP3 and comodo but the old version 2.4 which didn't have Proactive security.

Is there any security risk if i revert to version 8 until you fix this bug? Anyway except from this bug the new version seems to be lighter

Hi DaRk883,
Please post here a HiJackThis log
Also, please go to Control Panel - Add/Remove programs and perform a modify operation of Avira9 (unselect Shell Extension, restart your PC, does the problem still appear?)
Perform the modify operation again, but now select all of AntiVir's components, finish the operation, restart your PC, does the problem persists?

Hi DaRk883,
Just for testing purposes please uninstall Comodo Firewall and install the Shell Extension again.

OK I did what you've asked me and the problem disappeared. So there must be a conflict between avira 9 and comodo, because as soon as reinstalled comodo explorer crashed.
For now I will keep shell extension disabled, because I don't need it. If there is anything else I can do to help you solve this problem tell me ;)
