AVIRA Not Detected by Window Security Center

Hi Guys,

I'm new with AVIRA and I'm wondering why this antivirus is not detected by the Window Security Center.
Any suggestions?

May I ask why do I need to disable to Window Security Center if AVIRA is not detected?

You do not stop it completely, you only reset its database. It is not the same thing. ;)

I followed this instruction but nothing happened after I restated the PC.

- Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command prompt
- run the following commands:
winmgmt /clearadap
winmgmt /kill
winmgmt /unregserver
winmgmt /regserver
winmgmt /resyncperf

If this doesn't help, you can disable Security Center's alerts on antivirus applications. To do that, open Control Panel -> Security Center, and click on "Change the way Security Center alerts me". Then untick "Virus Protection".
