Avira refuses to deliver key

I bought AVIRA anti-virus Premium. The connection was considered fine when I used it to pay for the product, and send my credicard number through it. However, when I tried to activate the product, Avira kept claiming that my connection was not safe. The message says that it could send me the key ONLY through a safe connection. I believe that if the connection is safe enough for my credicard number, it is safe enough for the activation key, or whatever AVIRA will send me to make the system work. The number of reference of my purchase is personal data deleted name of the product Avira AntiVir Premium, method of delivery: electronic. I followed instructions carefully, I am sure that I did whatever is possible to make things work properly. I did not make any blunder. I configured the Proxy correctly, etc. etc.
