Once I have moved a virus to quarantine what do I do?

First off let me say that I am pretty bad with computers so sorry if this question is stupid. I have Avira Antivrius and it told me I had a virus and that I could deny access, delete, move to quarantine or ignore it. Upon research it said that if I just delete it that the original (non-infected files) could be damaged so it is best to move it to quarantine. I have done that, so now what do I do? How do I delete the file from quarantine? And If I do delete it do I run the risk of damaging something? here is a screencap of the quarantine : http://es.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=35irkef&s=6
If anyone could tell how to proceed so I can get rid of this virus (because it is making my computer freeze) without damaging anything I would be very grate-full. Thank you!

Also it sais click virus information, when I click virus information nothing happens, is this because of the virus or is my computer broken or something? thanks

Please do the followings:
1) Open AntiVir Control Center and click "Administration", then click "Quarantine".
Delete the infected file.

2) Run a "Safe Mode Scan" and post the scan log.

Hi,
If you put the malware in quarantine, then perform a full scan (all files) to make sure that your computer is clean.

Hi Nikolae,
What's the difference between "full scan" and "safe mode scan"? ?(

Quoted

How to run a scan in Safe Mode
3. Run a full system scan of all files:
- open AntiVir -> click on Configuration -> go to Scanner -> Scan -> select "All files" and click OK
- in the Status tab, click on "Scan system now", and for all infections found, choose "Move to Quarantine"

Hi,

Hi,
Safe mode scan is a scan performed from safe mode.

My suggestion was to perform a full scan (all files) through the "safe mode scan" and yours was "a full scan (all files) through the normal mode".......
