When upgrade avira 2012 to 2013 - Manual update send error & not work - maybe there is a bug - i tested it in some cases - in win xp & win7 sp1 x64

The problem is that the updater looks for the file "fusebundle13-win32-int.info.gz" in the vdf fuse bundle. After finding that no solutions are available online yet, I tried this and it worked fine. I hope this works for you too. Spread the good news, in the other posts too if you find it working.
*****TRY THE FOLLOWING SOLUTION WITH THE LATEST VDF FUSEBUNDLE ONLY*****
Solution:
1. open the vdf fusebundle in some standard archive editing tool (not windows explorer)
2. Rename the file "fusebundle-win32-int.info.gz" as "fusebundle13-win32-int.info.gz"
3. Save the vdf fusebundle
4. Now try manual update... it works!

One additional info for those who need:

The above explained procedure works to manually update Avira 2013 only. If you want the same vdf fusebundle for another PC with Avira 2012, keep the copy of the file "fusebundle-win32-int.info.gz" also in the zip archive.

The update failed!

The problem is that the updater looks for the file "fusebundle13-win32-int.info.gz" in the vdf fuse bundle. After finding that no solutions are available online yet, I tried this and it worked fine. I hope this works for you too. Spread the good news, in the other posts too if you find it working.

Solution:
1. open the vdf fusebundle in some standard archive editing tool (windows explorer of windows 7 is also ok)
2. Copy the file "fusebundle-win32-int.info.gz" out to some folder and rename it as "fusebundle13-win32-int.info.gz"
3. Drag it back into the vdf fusebundle (not the fusebundle will have both "fusebundle-win32-int.info.gz" and "fusebundle13-win32-int.info.gz"
4. Now try manual update... it works for both Avira 2012 and 2013!
