Does that mean Avira has to force PC-Welt to close this offer.
Quoted
That is a special offer in association with PC-Welt. It isn't an offer to the General Public and abuse of these offers is tantamount to theft, which Avira is aware of.

Then from where does PC-World get these license keys - Is Avira providing the license keys to PC world for offering to their customers? And is PC world paying Avira GmbH for each generated license?
Quoted
It's legal and no, Avira doesn't force to close this offer. The user can buy the PC-World to get this offer. It's an offer from PC-World to his customers.
