Automatic updates

Is there a fix in the making for automatic updating? This seems to be a common problem. :)

Hi,

Go to C > documents and settings > all users > application data > Avira folder > logfiles.
If you can not see your application data folder then you need to go to control panel > folder options > view > show hidden files and folders then click apply then OK, once done close the window and follow the path above.

Also can I ask which firewall you are using, and if you are using the default update job or one you have created in the scheduler?

Regards
Barrie

Hi,
Please post here a HiJackThis log.

Later edit: I assume that you already performed a restart.
